You play as Larry Schmidt, an astronaut who is sent on a mission to recover star matter and energy for Earth.
<img src="Assets/Earth.jpg">\
You must board the space station you named the Solar Edge and be ready to take flight with the crew. This crew includes your ex-girlfriend Rebecca Ross, a fellow astronaut who is clearly still in love with you. Next is the jerk named Daniel Turnip, the station's pilot and Rebecca's current boyfriend. You are also joined by the data logger, Jesse Downs. Last, but not the best, Jacob, a dog that thinks like a human and who is supposedly the team lead despite you being a better fit. You will:
[[Let Daniel Turnip fly]]
[[Try to fly it yourself]]
After returning to the station, the holoscreen activates and shows a familiar face, Craig Holland, an old rival of yours. He informs the crew that the star they are harvesting from has been claimed by the Zlooms, a race of miner aliens. He demands that the crew turn over any and all resources they collected and leave the area.

You are unamused by this situation and agitated by Craig's presence. Will you:
[[Remind Craig of a past humiliation]]
[[Lie that they will leave in peace, then attack]]Disgusted by Craig's presence and mocking, you chose to remind Craig that the last time you were on a mission together, Craig ended up lost in space for weeks. You go on to say, "Yeah. You were drifting for weeks. Your girlfriend got lonely. Good thing I was around to make her forget what a chump you are." You laugh at the memory. This enrages Craig and causes him to fire at the space station. He then orders all ships to fire.
[[Let Daniel fly away]]
[[Hijack flight control to escape]]Enraged by Craig's presence and mocking, you calmly lie and tell Craig that you and the crew will leave. Jacob tells the team to pull out, but you quickly shove Daniel aside and fire at the fleet. "This is for my helmet during that last mission you punk," you scream. This causes Craig and his forces to retaliate.
[[Let Daniel fly away]]
[[Hijack flight control to escape]] Daniel throttles the controls and thrusts away from the fleet. After a vicious attack and narrow escape, Jesse and Rebecca discover the station's current trajectory is to the galaxy's sun. You are reprimanded by the team for your actions. Will you:

You are spared a beating when Craig's forces catch up to the station. Craig sends out a broadcast stating that he will destroy the station. You will:

Rebecca aims at you and fires. You turn around and see downed miners. "Thank you," she says and walks away. You eventually run into Craig and both of you lose your weapons. In your excitement, you inform him that the station is heading to the sun, but it'll be worth it. Craig is horrified and after punching him, you realize the blood has gone to your head and that you're wrong.

Rebecca approaches you and asks if you're busy. She tells you that she and Daniel broke up weeks ago and that your bravery impressed her.
[[Congratulations]]Knowing that there might be trouble, you force Craig to go outside with you. He caused this, and he should help. Both of you suit up and head outside the station. The station shakes and rumbles, causing both of you to start losing your footing.

This comes to a head when Craig bumps into you and you catch the manual override, stopping your fall. [[Use a spacesuit to get close to the star for an in person analysis]]After listening to Jesse Downs and taking note of the stars' molecular structure onboard, you gather that the stars are usable and see the opportunity to complete the mission objective.
Jacob says, "Alright. Larry and Rebecca, suit up and begin to harvest the materials."
You grab a spacesuit and head out with Rebecca to harvest the matter from one of the stars and complete your mission.
However, a signal comes from the other side of space. There is an armada with a giant mothership in the center.
[[Return to the Solar Edge]] After ignoring established protocol due to your skill, you suit up and leave the space station to observe the star up close. The suit can withstand the intensity of the star. Why bother waiting?
Rebecca accompanies you, claiming to want to not fail and watch you burn up for nothing, but you know she wants you to steal her back from Turdnip and show her true love. She says, "Keep dreaming." You say, "Don't deny your dreams, baby."
You begin to activate the star matter harness and collect samples.
