Edith's Day Out

The sun is beginning to come in through the [[window]], turning the dark apartment soft shades of blue. Your [[roommate]] is still awake, lying on their side, looking at their tablet. Your roomate is a quiet lump on the bed. During the day, they'll play with you, refill your food, and pet you. Sometimes you wished you lived alone, but the company and care is usually welcome. [[Keep looking around the apartment|Early Morning]]

It's time to patrol. The blinds are mostly lowered, but there is enough of a gap that from the [[observation post]] you can easily see your neighborhood. You walk closer to your roommate. They have been home for several hours, and usually they'd be asleep right now. Since they are awake, that means that they are available to give you attention. [[Start purring]] [[Watch what's on the tablet]]

The light purple blanket is one of the best surfaces in the apartment. It's soft and fluffy on one side, cozy and warm on the other. Your roommate uses it whenever they're in the apartment. This is irritating, as it is your blanket. [[Back to biscuits|Make biscuits]]

You don't know what kind of car it is, but it's small and red, with lots of bumper stickers on it.
