♥ Blackjack Rules & How to Play ♠
Objective: The goal of Blackjack is to beat the dealer's hand without going over 21.
Basic Rules
Card Values:
Number cards (2-10) are worth their face value.
Face cards (Jack, Queen, King) are worth 10 points.
Aces are worth 1 or 11 points, whichever is more favorable.
Gameplay:
Place a bet using the chip buttons (minimum bet: 5 chips).
You and the dealer are each dealt two cards. Your cards are face-up; the dealer has one card face-up and one face-down.
If the dealer's face-up card is an Ace, you can opt for Insurance (costs half your bet, pays 2:1 if the dealer has Blackjack).
You can choose to Hit (take another card), Stand (keep your hand), Double (double your bet and take one more card), or Split (if you have two cards of the same value, split into two hands).
The dealer must hit until their hand is at least 17.
Winning:
If your hand is closer to 21 than the dealer's without going over, you win 1:1 on your bet.
If you get a Blackjack (Ace + 10-value card), you win 3:2 on your bet (unless the dealer also has Blackjack, resulting in a tie).
If your hand exceeds 21, you bust and lose your bet.
If you and the dealer have the same score, it's a tie (push), and your bet is returned.
How to Play
Place Your Bet: Click the chip buttons (5, 10, 25, 100) to set your bet. Click "Clear Bet" to reset.
Deal: Click the "Deal" button to start the round. You'll receive two cards, and the dealer will get one face-up and one face-down.
Make Decisions:
Hit: Take another card to increase your hand's value.
Stand: Keep your current hand and end your turn.
Double: Double your bet, take one more card, and end your turn.
Split: If your two cards have the same value, split them into two hands, each with a new bet equal to the original.
Insurance: If the dealer shows an Ace, choose whether to take Insurance.
Dealer's Turn: After you stand or double, the dealer reveals their face-down card and hits until their hand is at least 17.
Outcome: The game compares your hand to the dealer's to determine the winner. Your balance updates based on the result.
Repeat: Place a new bet and click "Deal" to start another round.
