FANG GOAL:
Advance your Schemes to reach 10 Domination points.
ROUND OVERVIEW
ROLL PHASE: Both players roll their dice pools. You can use Re-Roll tokens and certain Armory items in this phase.
ASSIGN PHASE: Starting with the player who controls the fewest locations, take turns assigning one die at a time to an objective. You can use Character Abilities, Faction Actions, and most Armory items.
RESOLVE PHASE: All effects trigger. Objectives are checked for completion, Location Control is determined for the next round, and bonuses are awarded.
UNDERSTANDING YOUR DICE
POWER (Numbers 1-5): The number on a die is its Power. Power is used to meet 'SUM' requirements on Missions and to determine Location Control.
SYMBOLS (๐ฅ, ๐, etc.): Faction-specific symbols are used to meet objective requirements. They have a Power of 6.
EAGLESTRIKE Wild Die (๐): Can be used to satisfy any single **color** requirement. It cannot be used as a symbol and provides 0 Power.
FANG Wild Die (๐): Can be used to satisfy any single **symbol** requirement. It cannot be used as a color and provides 0 Power.
ASYMMETRICAL WARFARE
EAGLESTRIKE MISSIONS: Each Mission has two ways to win: meet a high SUM requirement, OR gather a specific set of colors/symbols. You only need to complete ONE of these.
FANG SCHEMES: FANG scores Domination based on their 'Net Power' (FANG Power minus EAGLESTRIKE Power) on a Scheme. If EAGLESTRIKE's Power is higher, the scheme generates 0 Domination.
KEY ASSETS
LOCATIONS: Control is determined each round by who has the most Power at that location. If tied, total power across all locations is the tiebreaker. The winner gains a powerful bonus for the *next* round.
ARMORY: Powerful one-time use items earned from completing objectives and controlling locations.
ABILITIES: Each character has a unique active or passive ability. Active abilities can be used once per round during the Assign Phase.
FACTION ACTIONS: Spend a Re-roll token during the Assign phase for a powerful tactical advantage.
