Forgotten Murder

Welcome to Forgotten Murder. This is a adventure game where you play Brandon Morris. You have to find out who killed you. [[Intro Part 2]]

The date is September 4, 2447. The location is the city of Maplegarde, a city in the Vrator Kingdom. You are Brandon Morris. You have just woken up in a alley, or so you think. You look around the area. "Where on Earth am I?" you ask yourself, "How long was i out for?". At that moment, you feel rather cold. You decide to check your [[pulse]].

You check your pulse. "Oh my god!" you think to yourself, "I'm dead.". You [[check your surroundings]] You [[attempt to recall what happened]]

You look around the area. You find that you're in a alleyway. "This is rather interesting." You say to yourself, "i should definitely find some evidence to help the police find my killer.". You[[seek evidence]]. You decide to [[wander away from the area]].

You attempt to recall the events thqt lead to you being here in the first place. "Oh my god." you say to yourself, "It's all a blur.". [[minutes pass]] or you could [[let memory fade]]

You remember something. It involves Darius Reynolds. "Why does that name sound familiar?" you say to yourself. At that moment, some flashes of memory come back to you. "Oh my god!" you say to yourself, "He's an old friend of mine. We were out drinking. He led me out here, and....". You realize someting. "Oh my god!" you say to yourself, "He's the one who killed me. There must be evidence nearby.". You also notice Detective Ethan Turner, one of the police officers from the Maplegarde Police Department, You [[seek evidence]]. You [[try to warn Detective Ethan Turner]]. You [[possess Detective Ethan Turner]]

You search for more evidence. Soon enough, several minutes have passed. You managed to find the evidence. You also see Detective Turner at the place. You [[show him the evidence]]

You attempt to talk to Detectie Turner, then you realize something. "Oh." you say, "Thar's right. I'm dead. I can't speak to the living.". You think of something. "I can influence the surroundings though." you say to yourself. You [[influence the surroundings]].

You end up letting the memories fade away. You also notice that Darius Reynolds is nearby. He is gloating over his recent murder victim - none other than YOU. "The Cops will never know it was me." he says, under his breath. He walks away, no-one none the wiser about him. You have gotten the bad end. The End.

You start to exert your ghostly presence on the surrounding area. Soon enough, several minutes have passed. You managed to highlight some items for Detective Turner to find. "Hey guys." He says, "I think i just had a breakthrough in the case.". You see them gather the evidence. You also notice Darius Reynolds in the area. He had noticed the events. Darius attempts to [[escape]].

Darius attempts to escape. Detective Turner turns his attention to him. He draws out his sidearm. "Freeze, dirtbag!!!!". Darius stops in his tracks. He is soon arrested. [[months later, at the trial]]

The date is April 4, 2448. You are witnessing the trial of Darius Reynolds. He is soon found guilty of your murder. You have gotten the good ending. The End.

You use your ghostly powers to move the evidence to Detective Turner. "Alright boys." said Detective Turner, "We have a breakthrough.". One of the police officers sees Darius Reynolds skulking around the area. "There he is!!" said the police officer. Darius attempts to [[escape]]

You decide to wander away from the area. You soon find two hobos. They are in the process of arguing over something. You decide to [[possess one of the hobos]].

You possess one of the hobos. What do you do now? [[talk to the other hobo]]. [[kick the hobo in the groin]]. [[convince the other hobo to go on a murder spree]]

"Hello there." you say to the hobo, "Sorry to intrude on you and your friend's arguement. I am Brandon Miller. I am currently dead. I need some help to find my killer.". The Hobo surprisingly agrees to the request. They head back to the [[alleyway]].

You kick the other hobo in the groin. "Ow!!" exclaimed the hobo, "Why'd you do that for?". He proceeds to call the police. You are soon arrested. Your death will not be avenged, and Darius Reynolds is still on the loose. You have gotten the bad ending. The End.

You and the hobo arrive at the alleyway. You start searching for clues. You soon find them. You hand them to Detective Turner. "Alright boys." said Detective Turner, "We have a breakthrough.". Darius attempts to [[escape]].

You somehow manage to convince the other hobo to go on a murder spree. "Things are going great." you say to the other hobo. "Yeah." said the other hobo, "I already have my hobo knife with me, ready for some stabbin'.". [[several minutes pass]]

Several minutes have passed. You managed to get the attention of the police. Both you and the other hobo are gunned down. You won't be able to solve the case of your murder now. You have gotten the bad ending. The End.

You managed to possess Detective Ethan Turner. You are now in control. What wil you do now? [[Arrest Darius Reynolds]] [[Gun Darius Reynolds down]] [[go on a shooting spree]]

"He's the murderer." you, as Detective Ethan Turner, yell out, while pointing at Darius Reynolds, "Arrest him!!". The other police officers comply with the order. Darius is arrested. [[months later, at the trial]]

"Shoot him!!" you yell at the other police, "He's the murderer.". You were pointing at Darius Reynolds the entire time. Darius attempts to escape, but is gunned down in a hail of bullets. He is now dead, and won't be murdering anyone else now. You have gotten the morally grey ending. The End.

You decide to draw out your service revolver. Your first target, is none other than Darius Reynolds. "Bang!!!!", a shot rings out, and Darius is killed. "He's gone mad!!" said one of the police officers, "Stop him!!!". You turn your attention to the other police officers. You managed to shoot several of them before you get gunned down. You die in the process. You have gotten the bad ending. The End.
