Action

• The Action mode represents the current action, location, time, and overall narrative state of the game.
• At the end of any Action mode narrative text at any point in the game, there will be choices for how to proceed, if it is possible to proceed at all.
• Before proceeding with the given Action mode options to a new narrative state, consider utilizing the Look At (if available) and Inventory modes. They may contain information, actions, or items that may be useful.

Look At

• The Look At mode lists all items that exist in the location of the current Action narrative state.
• It does not appear if there is nothing else to look at or pick up.
• If the Items That Can Be Picked Up section appears, the items in it can be clicked to be put into the Inventory.
• Some items can be used. If an item presents Action item choices, choose one to immediately go to a new narrative state in the Action mode when clicked.

Inventory

• The Inventory mode lists all items that your player character currently has.
• While in the Inventory mode, discard any item by clicking it.
