Moon City

You wake up strapped into your sleeping bag on the wall of the spaceship. Your stomach is doing backflips and you feel a thin layer of sweat, unsure if it's from excitement or anxiety. You decide to check your surroundings and glance out the window. Your mouth drops slightly as you gaze out the window. You've seen it multiple times by now but it continues to shock you. You continue staring at Earth as you drift further away from it each time. As you give yourself a "space shower" you start thinking about what lies ahead. You and the group were placed in charge of building the first society on the moon...within three days. Luca and his sister Maya are rehydrating their packaged food. Cameron is still snoring in his sleeping bag and Annika is checking inventory for our mission. It must have been almost three days already but it felt like three weeks. Being trapped in a confined space with these strangers on this insane mission was making you feel anxious now. [["So how long til we land?" |Landing soon]]

As you eat the mushy food, you can't help but start craving some street tacos with a spicy salsa. No, now it's a super cheesy pasta with red pepper flakes. Your mouth waters and now you're craving a crunchy spicy tuna roll... As you dream of every meal you have ever taken for granted, Luca reaches for another packet of space food. "Glad you asked," Annika responds. "We should be landing in less than an hour. We need to be prepared for anything and quick to descend. "No one...yet. I am, however, the only one who seems to be taking this mission seriously..." "Whoa!" Luca and Maya shout simultaneously. "We are taking this very seriously, Annika!" Maya exclaims as her hands ball up into fists. "Oh my stars, will you guys shut up! We need to work together to survive! We are all responsible and so we are all in charge OK?!" Cameron's sudden outburst had startled everyone into silence as he was making his way out of his sleeping bag. [["About time you wake up, Cam." I snidely remarked.| RUDE]] [[You're right, Cam. Cameron glares at me and I can tell my comments had created a new tension between all of us. Before anyone else could say anything the shuttle starts beeping and trembling. We all look at each other, momentarily frozen. [[Get in position to land | LANDING]] [[Freak out and run | Dead end]]

Cameron gives me a forgiving look and we all hover in silence until our spaceship starts violently (text-style: "rumble")[shaking] and (text-style: "blink")[beeping] as we rapidly approach the moon. [[Prepare for landing | LANDING]]

We all strap into our seats preparing to land. Our ship keeps hurtling towards the surface of the moon. Annika scrambles to land us safely [[Take over control from Annika |p1]] [[Cry "WE ARE ALL GOING TO DIE!!! |p2]]

As panic ensues and everyone starts freaking out in the cramped shuttle, we forget our training and the ship crashes straight onto the moon. BOOOOOOOM (text-style: "smear")[You're all dead.] </style> <img src=http://i.imgur.com/h0K3gHP.gif> </div>

"I know, just a little nervous." She responds Just then the entire spaceship starts to (text-style: "rumble")[violently trembling] while loud beeping sounds blare all around us. [["We must be landing!" | LANDING]]

"Holy crap, Annika! MOVE OVER!" I yell as I reach for the controls. [[You successfully slow down the ship and land everyone safely. Annika is bewildered and you smirk back at her | YOU LAND]] [[You accidentally manuever the ship off track from landing and head towards another part of the moon, far from the intended campsite | Aliens camp]]

You bawl your eyes out, panicking and screaming. Your frantic cries cause everyone else to panic while Annika struggles to maintain her composure as she lands. [[Annika is able to land the ship safely | YOU LAND]] [[Annika also panics and loses control of the ship | Dead end]]

"Way to go, idiot!! Annika yells at you. "You mean 'Thank you!'" You were going to let us crash, at least I saved our asses." "I had it under control!!" [["Guys? Are we still landing on the moon?" Cam asked as we all look out the window. | F1]]

We land our ship, hoping we were unseen. "Uh.. did anyone know that the moon was already occupied?" Luca asks quietly. We all glare back in obvious annoyance. "What are we going to do?" You all slowly make your way towards the nearest building, which resembled the pyramids in Egypt. You reach what you assume is the entrance and (text-style:"bold")[knock] (click: "knock")[until the doors bust open and you look up at the giant figure in front of you] [["Hello, we are from Earth!" You say between nervous gulps.]]

We sneak around the alien base until we happen upon a dark room. (click: "room")[The room lights up as soon as you step in and reveals a giant arsenal of space guns.] Various, dangerous looking weapons lined every wall. [[Pick the largest looking gun]] [["Maybe taking over the Alien base isn't a good idea" You say outloud.]]

You grab a (text-style: "bold")[GIANT] gun and fiddle with it until you find the trigger (click: "trigger")[which goes off and SPLAT, hits Cameron, vaporising him instantly.] "NOOOOOO" Annika shrieks. The Robin/Alien laughs heartily. "I am simply possessing this form to make you feel comfortable. My true physical form might make you humans physically sick!" He explained joyfully. You all run outside and find more aliens in the shape of various human celebrities.
