Project Title:
  KINGPIN (the “Game”)

Ownership / Attribution:
  The Game is authored and owned by Nishanth Kottapalli (“Owner”),
  developed under nishanthkottapalli.com as TF-141 Labs, for retrokrafters.com.

Scope:
  This repository, including all source code, game logic, UI, text, art direction,
  designs, documentation, telemetry schema, and any bundled assets (collectively,
  the “Software”), is proprietary and confidential to the Owner unless explicitly
  stated otherwise in writing.

Permissions:
  You are permitted to:
  1) Run and play the Game for personal evaluation and demonstration purposes.
  2) View the source code for the limited purpose of evaluating the Game.

Public Demo Exception (GitHub Pages / Web Demo):
  The Owner may publish a playable build of KINGPIN via a public website (including
  GitHub Pages) (the “Public Demo”). You are permitted to access and play the Public
  Demo for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  The Public Demo does NOT grant any additional rights to:
  - copy or download the source code
  - redistribute the build or its assets
  - create derivative works
  - reuse game mechanics, art direction, UI layouts, audio, or other assets
  beyond what is allowed under “Permissions” above.

Restrictions (No Rights Granted):
  Except as expressly permitted above, you may NOT, without prior written
  permission from the Owner:
  - Copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, or sublicense the Software
  - Create derivative works (including modifications, forks, ports, or translations)
  - Use the Software or any portion of it in another product or service
  - Sell, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the Software
  - Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary logic or assets
    beyond what is visible in the source repository
  - Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices

Trademarks:
  “KINGPIN”, “TF-141 Labs”, “nishanthkottapalli.com”, and “retrokrafters.com”, along
  with all associated logos, marks, and brand identifiers, are trademarks/service
  marks of the Owner and/or their respective owners.

  No trademark license is granted under this license. You may not use the name
  “KINGPIN” (or confusingly similar marks), logos, or branding to endorse, promote,
  or identify any derivative or competing product, except to truthfully reference
  the Game in reviews, commentary, or non-commercial discussion.

Third-Party Components:
  This Software may use third-party libraries and/or assets (e.g., Bootstrap via CDN).
  Such components are licensed under their respective terms and are NOT covered by
  this proprietary license. See THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md (if present) for details.

Contributions:
  Unless the Owner explicitly agrees otherwise in writing, any contribution, patch,
  suggestion, or code submitted to the project is deemed to be provided under terms
  that assign all rights, title, and interest in that contribution to the Owner,
  with no additional compensation owed.

No Warranty:
  THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
  INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
  PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE OWNER BE LIABLE
  FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT,
  OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE
  OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

Termination:
  Any violation of this license automatically terminates the permissions granted
  herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy any
  copies in your possession or control.
