How to play
Green gunk = clean it.
Black cavity = fill it.
Grey cracked wobbler = extract it.
Drag a tool from the tray onto the tooth.
Wrong tool or slow work loses points. Nothing else matters.
Later patients shake harder and pile on more problems.
