I'm not sure what came first, the chicken or the egg. But when Auntie comes home, I'll ask her. Auntie says this place is magical. She says, nothing can get in here and harm me. But when she comes and finds you here, she's gonna freak out. I'll tell you but don't tell Auntie. One time I told her and she was so mad, she ripped my dolls head right off its body. In her defense, she has been stressed out from all the Monsters outside. ... Do you hear that? Shhhh...I think they are outside. I can hear them. Don't be scared, they can't find us here if we are don't make any noise. [[You sneeze. | GameOver]] [[You hold in your sneeze.]]

You don't watch TV? Wow, not sure what we will have to talk about. I guess we could play games or maybe... [["Maybe we could play outside?"]] [["Maybe we could play hide and seek?"]]

That was close. Auntie says that if the Monsters find you they take your eyes, skin, even your heart. She says they keep you alive while they feast on your bones. [["Listen to me, your Auntie is lying to you, there are no monsters."]] [["Your Auntie is right. It's dangerous out there."]]

Look...I'm sorry about the handcuffs. I want to let you go, but if I'm wrong about you, you could hurt me. [["No, no. Please. Keep me handcuffed. It's okay." | Next4]] [["If you let me go, I promise I won't hurt you." | Next4]]

Auntie enters wielding a shotgun and gasmask. She closes the door behind her using a combination lock. You watch as the child runs into her arms. Auntie pushes the kid back ever so gently to inspect her. She says, <em>"You seem different today. You're growing aren't you? Jesus, this is just like you. I leave, and you decide to grow?! Why do you hurt me like this?"</em> [[You lift the bed and use the frame as a weapon to attack Auntie. | GameOver]] [[You watch to see what will happen next.]]

<strong>WHACK!</strong> Auntie smacks the child across the room. It knocks the kid out cold. <em>"Get up! Get up I said, this very minute or else!"</em> The child doesn't move. You spot a pool of blood forming around the child. [[You watch Auntie drop her weapon and run to the childs' side.]] [[You watch Auntie drop her weapon - the second she does you hurl the bed frame at her.]]

Auntie is caught off guard. The shock of it all triggers a heart attack. She reaches into her jacket pocket and says, <em>"My pills..."</em> [[You hand Auntie her pills.]] [[You watch her die.]]

Auntie grabs her chest at the site of you. <em>"No! Who are you?"</em> She struggles to say each word. She's having a heart attack. <em>"Please, my pills. Hand me my pills.</em> [[You hand Auntie her pills.]] [[You watch her die.]]

You make it halfway to the door and trip on Aunties' weapon. The shotgun goes off, the bullet bounces off the walls and lands in your chest. It's over for you. =><= ###GAME OVER. =><= (link: "Restart")[(reload:)]

Auntie says, <em>"How did you get in here?"</em> [[You motion to the child. | Next6]] [[You walk over to Auntie's gun and aim it at her. | Next6]]

In a way, this isn't your fault. You didn't realize there was a combination key to the outside world. Even if you freed yourself from the handcuffs you were kinda screwed to begin with. =><= ###GAME OVER. =><= (link: "Restart")[(reload:)]

Auntie picks herself up and stares at you for a long beat. She walks over to the bed, removes a blanket and places it on the child. [["You're a murderer." | Next8]] [["You're a monster." | Next8]]

Auntie laughs. She says, <em>"I dare you to shoot me, you'll never get out of here. A smile slowly washes over Auntie's face. <em>"The gun is empty, dear. You are in my house as a guest, not a threat."</em> [["Bullshit." You squeeze the trigger. | GameOver3]] [[You lower the gun.]]

Crap. When you killed sweet old Auntie, the Monsters heard and stormed in. Looks like you're their dinner tonight. =><= ###GAME OVER. =><= (link: "Restart")[(reload:)]

Auntie rushes toward you. You try to aim the gun at her, but she jams her fingers on the trigger and headbutts you. You fall to the ground. Auntie raises the shotgun at you. [["Don't kill me please!"]] [["You close your eyes." | Gameover4]]

<strong>"Ahhhhh!"</strong> The Monsters heard your screams. They bust into the basement. You hide under the bed and watch Auntie try to fight them off. It's no use. They're too strong. They drag her out. But you're not safe...not yet. They start smelling the air. [[You reach over, and remove the blanket from the child so they can see her.]] [[You grip the bed frame and attack one of the Monsters. | EndGame6]]

The Monsters spot the child. They grab her and exit. You wait a moment...it's just you. You come out of hiding. They left the door open. All you have to do is figure out how to get free of these handcuffs.
