The holes where arms are supposed to go have been completely ignored but for an avant-garde fashion statement. It's obvious that this would not make for a comfortable outfit to swing a baseball bat one-handed, but Felix is doing so effortlessly. It is barely possible to make out that the design on the blouse is a custom print of an illustrated cat's head. The rest of the outfit is only partially visible in the panel, but it is possible to make out a bangle on the left wrist and a camo pattern on the trousers.
