Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to marblebuilds. By accessing our web sandbox demo, playing our puzzle campaigns, or interacting with our community sharing networks, you consent to these lightweight Terms of Service. If you do not accept these baseline terms, please do not use our online portal services.

UGC Sharing Guidelines

Our game encourages high creative expression, complex logic builds, and mechanical experimentation. However, because names, descriptions, and signs accept open-ended player strings, you agree not to distribute builds containing:

• Explicitly malicious code exploits or engine crashers.
• Hate speech, extreme harassment, or highly explicit/illegal text strings.
• Blatant spam or promotional advertising blocks masquerading as levels.

We reserve the right to unpublish, filter, or remove any shared build that violates these core safety guidelines to protect the integrity of the player feed.

Disclaimer & Liability Limits

marblebuilds is provided entirely "as-is." While we build our physics engine and local storage layer to remain stable and highly performant, we are not liable for any lost local track data, corrupt saves, or temporary interruptions across our community database services.
