You can download Spider And Web in the form of a platform-independent Z-code game file. (This is the format that Infocom developed for their IF titles in the 1980s. It is now a widely-used open standard.)
To play the game, you'll need a Z-code interpreter. Many are available; I recommend Gargoyle.
