Welcome to Connected Kit Yanked into the Faerie Court, a new kind of Interactive Serial Novel! What you're about to play (or just played) is a collection of the first few stories written using an unusual audience-interactive method: Anyone who donates anything, even a dollar, to my Patreon crowdfunding site earns the right to play episodes as they come out and influence the outcome of the story.

Connected Kit is a tall tale about a modern Private Investigator trapped in a fantastical faerie world. The story is divided into 'episodes', and during each one the game keeps track of the reader's choices. At the end of each episode, my pledges are given some information about the way they played, which they then send to me. I use the information pledges give me to affect the way characters behave as well as the things that happen to them. If pledges have Kit react harshly or kindly to another character, I'll write her that way from that point forward!

This collection is 'Season One': the episodes I released throughout 2014. As you play, I'll give you the stats representing the choices you made and tell you how they compared to the 'canon' stats — the direction in which my pledges took the story.
