Rex Inferni — Basic Manual

Goal: guide the wee devil through all four chapters, defeat the Pope, then survive the Hound of Hell.

Controls

• ← / → Move left and right
• ↑ / Space / JUMP button Jump
• M Toggle music on/off
• Click or tap the game to start, continue, retry, or focus the controls

How to Play

• Stomp enemies from above to defeat them.
• Avoid holy water, fire, light beams, holy zones, and collapsing floors.
• Collect souls to gain points and recover health when injured.
• The devil becomes smaller when hurt, so surviving gets harder.

Boss Tips

• The Pope can activate Holy Decrees and shield phases.
• When the Pope is shielded, defeat the summoned guards first.
• The Hound of Hell has three phases. Watch for vulnerability windows after major attacks.
• When the arena shrinks, keep moving and use the platforms.
