Do not extract, redistribute, rehost, or republish the bundled artwork, scene assets, music files, or web mixes as standalone files without separate written permission.

What this web app itself processes
Moodweb is a static HTML/CSS/JavaScript web app. The app itself has no own server, no account system, no own analytics or tracking software, and no creator-operated backend. It does not call image-generation, music- generation, Stable Diffusion, Forge, ComfyUI, or other AI APIs at runtime.
Small local preferences may be stored in your browser storage so the experience remains convenient, for example audio mute/volume state, selected track, playlist state, render quality, legal reader language, or local UI state. These values stay locally in your browser and are not transmitted to the creator by the app. You can delete them at any time by clearing website data for itch.io or this project page in your browser.
itch.io as hosting and payment platform
The project page is intended to be hosted on itch.io. When you visit the project page, launch the HTML project, download files, log in, pay, donate voluntarily, or comment, itch.io may process its own data such as technical access data, cookies, account data, payment data, or transaction data. If you pay or donate through itch.io, the creator may receive project-related transaction information in the itch.io creator dashboard, as far as itch.io provides it. This information is used only for handling, tracking, managing, and tax-related classification of the support.

Purpose
Moodweb is an ambient interactive HTML5 artwork and cozy scene experience. It is intended for relaxed viewing, browser playback, and atmosphere. Voluntary donations through itch.io are optional if the hosting page enables them.
No availability, playback, or visual guarantee
Browsers and devices may behave differently. Audio autoplay, volume handling, Web Audio behavior, image rendering, animation smoothness, performance, and fullscreen behavior can vary depending on browser policies, device capabilities, operating system, network conditions, and hosting platform behavior. Moodweb is provided as a practical ambient release, not as a guarantee of identical playback on every device.
Usage scope
You may view and play the hosted experience through the official distribution page. Redistribution of the complete HTML5 package, extraction of bundled artwork or music, rehosting of scene assets, or publication of substantial parts as a competing package is not allowed without prior permission unless mandatory law allows otherwise.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for how they use screenshots, recordings, streams, comments, or links related to Moodweb. Please consider third-party rights, platform rules, local law, copyright, trademarks, privacy, and personality rights.
AI and artwork notice
Moodweb scene artwork, covers, and selected visual assets may include AI-generated or AI-assisted visual material that was locally composed, edited, layered, or animated. The static web app itself does not generate images, music, or other AI output at runtime and does not call AI APIs.
Third-party names
itch.io, YouTube, and Plattenlabel2go are names and/or marks of their respective owners. Moodweb is an independent project and is not officially affiliated with those platforms or brands unless explicitly stated.
Music Credits
Music is licensed by artist Yossaya via Plattenlabel2go. Playlist rows in the app link to the relevant YouTube source video where available. The Plattenlabel2go license portal is available at my.plattenfirma-to-go.de.
The public HTML5 package intentionally contains reduced, loopable web mixes for browser playback. Full-quality source audio masters are not part of the public package.
