About the Developer

Hi, I'm Nerdzilla.

I'm a true dad gamer (and father of two). I've been playing games since before I could walk. I've spent countless hours exploring worlds other people created, but I'd never made one of my own... until now.

Let's get the biggest elephant out of the way: this game was built with the help of generative AI, specifically Gemini. If that bugs you, I completely understand, but hear me out.

I approached AI the same way I approached MS Paint when I was five years old. I started clicking buttons, experimenting, and seeing what I could make. Before long, I was asking it to teach me how the code actually worked, mostly because the project grew too big for me to blindly rely on it. The more I learned, the more I wanted to understand and build myself.

This is the game I've wanted to play for years. Ever since raiding Classic WoW back in 2007, I've had this idea in the back of my mind. AI didn't give me the idea, it gave me the opportunity to finally build it.

I'm proud of what I've created, and I'm excited to see what other people think. But if I'm being honest, I'm probably the person who's been looking forward to playing this game the most.

If even one person has as much fun playing it as I've had making it, I'll consider this whole adventure a success.
