Third-party licences — Jet64 exported player

This file carries, in full and in plain text, the third-party licence notices that travel
with this build. The first part covers source the Jet64 engine itself carries. The second
appears only when this cart bundles third-party material of its own, and reproduces the
notices bundled beside that material.

Everything else the player links is an ordinary crates.io dependency, resolved by
Cargo at build time under its own permissive licence.

# Geiss  -  Third-Party Notice

Parts of Pulsar are a **derivative work of the Geiss screensaver / Winamp
music visualization plug-in**, (c) 1998-2022 Ryan Geiss (@geissomatik), used
under the 3-Clause BSD License reproduced in full below.

**What was derived, and how.** The algorithms, tuning constants, and
behaviours below were transcribed from the Geiss source
(https://github.com/geissomatik/geiss) and re-implemented as fresh code
against Jet64's `jet_` C API  -  no source files were copied:

* `runtime/jet_scope.c`  -  the volume-statistics / beat-detection engine
  (the smoothed volume tape, beat-strength bumpiness measure with its
  109/71 hysteresis, BigBeat windowed-max test, wave-brightness law) and the
  oscilloscope level+slope trigger, from `main.cpp`. Pulsar reads this tap
  every tick, and its `beat_mode` engine is the chartless tier of the field's
  own beat witness (`carts/pulsar/field/field.c`).
* `carts/pulsar/field/`  -  the field engine's three-step loop (warp, decay,
  stamp): the index-space bilinear warp with its fractional decay and 1-D
  error-diffusion carry, the warp-map catalogue (the zoom tunnel, vortex,
  ripple, stream, the sphere-derived lens, the axis tunnel and the petal
  flower), the scene and palette engines, and the classic smoothed-waveform
  stamp  -  from `main.cpp`, `proc_map.cpp`, `video.h`, and `Effects.h`.

Pulsar is not a restoration of Geiss  -  see JetAmp for that.

**Credit line for any store page, README, or documentation** (use exactly
this sentence; never Geiss's name in a headline or as an endorsement  - 
licence condition 3):

# Bundled Music  -  Third-Party Notice

The seventy tracker modules bundled in `data/mod/` and listed in
`playlist.txt` are third-party music. Each is released under a licence that
permits commercial redistribution  -  **Public Domain** or **Creative Commons
Attribution (CC-BY)**  -  because those are the only two terms under which a
cartridge may carry a song into a shop. None are ripped or ambiguously
licensed, and nothing under a NonCommercial or NoDerivatives licence was
considered.

**Where they came from.** Fifty-seven Public-Domain and eight CC-BY modules
come from The Mod Archive (https://modarchive.org) by way of the "Big Mod
Music Pack" curation by computermouth (https://computermouth.itch.io), whose
own `README.txt` and `MasterList.txt` file every track under its licence and
link its Mod Archive page. The remaining five CC-BY modules are the
"BitCrushing" pack by Victor Leao (https://opengameart.org, CC-BY 4.0).
Every track is bundled exactly as its composer distributed it  -  unmodified
 -  so the CC-BY attribution condition is satisfied by the credit below
without any further obligation being triggered.

**Why the rack refuses the Mod Archive Distribution License.** Much of the
site's most celebrated music (its whole "Most Revered" chart, for instance)
carries that licence, which is undocumented and grants reuse by permission
only. It is not a grant of commercial redistribution, so no track carrying it
is eligible for this cartridge, however good it sounds.

**The dialects.** Forty-two are ProTracker `.mod`, twenty-seven are
FastTracker 2 `.xm`, and one is Scream Tracker 3 `.s3m`. The score engine
charts all three natively, and every one of the seventy was measured through
it: the slowest to chart takes 1.8 ms against the design's 50 ms load-time
budget, so no track in this rack costs a listener a hitch when it is chosen.

**Where you are reading this.** This one file is the whole music notice, and
it reaches a listener three ways: the ABOUT screen renders it inside the
running instrument, the exporter reproduces it verbatim in the plain
`THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES.txt` beside every exported player (it is named as a
notice, not as a courtesy  -  `src/core/licence_notice.rs`), and it travels in
the repository beside the modules themselves.

Two of the Drozerix files above  -  `drozerix_-_computer_fuck!.xm` and
`drozerix_sexxy_bit.xm`  -  sit in the pack's `PublicDomain/` folder but carry
no row in its `MasterList.txt`, which is the only place any of the 792 packed
files is unindexed. Their licence is therefore taken from the curator's own
folder placement, which agrees with the rest of the composer's catalogue: every
other Drozerix module in the pack is indexed Public Domain.
