β‘  Your sprite's colors

Drop a sprite on the canvas. I'll boil its thousands of raw AI colors down to the ones that actually matter β€” they'll appear here on their own.

β‘‘ Pick its new palette

Load a sprite, then pick a palette size below. Fewer colors = stronger matching across your whole sprite set; more colors = smoother single sprites.

β‘’ Restyle

Choose a palette above and it lands here, ready to apply. You can drop a Lospec .hex file too.

Palette:

Reshade an object

Gather its colors, pick a new base, and the whole thing re-dresses at once with its shading intact. The colors keep their family relationships, so it always harmonizes β€” no color theory needed.
β‘‘ Your brush color is the new base β€” set it above.
Reach: 10%

How it works

Right-click drag moves around Β· scroll zooms.
On touch: one finger uses the tool Β· two fingers move & zoom Β· two-finger tap undoes.
With an Apple Pencil: the Pencil paints, fingers only move & zoom β€” rest your palm freely.

πŸ–Œ Brush β€” paints the selected color.
πŸ’‰ Pick β€” click the sprite to copy a color from it.
Shades of it β€” darker & lighter takes on your color, for hand-shading.
πŸͺ£ Fill β€” click a color to repaint it with your color. Clicking an empty area colors it in, coloring-book style β€” the linework is the fence.
➰ Lasso β€” circle an area; every tool then works only inside the line. With a selection, Reshade moves everything inside β€” no color-gathering needed. Esc or βœ• clears it.

Scope decides how far Fill reaches:
this patch = only the spot you clicked.
whole sprite = that color everywhere, all at once.

Wrong move? Ctrl+Z. Finished? Esc.
Advanced β€” swap one color everywhere
Changes every pixel of one color across the whole sprite (e.g. "that vest brown β†’ a different brown").

Step 1: click a swatch in β‘  above to choose the color to replace.

Notes

Transparency is never touched β€” your cutout edges survive everything. Export is always the original pixel size. Undo (Ctrl+Z) works after every restyle and swap.

Color wheel
Tap any dot β€” I'll show its relationships and point at the palette colors that fill each role.
How to read it: angle = hue, distance from center = vividness (grays live in the middle).
Across the wheel = complementary β€” maximum contrast, your accent.
Neighbors = analogous β€” always harmonious, great for shading.
Thirds of the wheel = triadic β€” balanced, lively combos.
