Privacy & Data
Last updated: 5 September 2026
Radio Racer uses CrazyGames account information or a standalone player name and an independent game backend to provide races, replay shadows, personal results, and public leaderboards.
Data stored
- CrazyGames user ID, current username, and optional profile-picture URL.
- For standalone players, a generated player ID and the driver name they choose.
- Track selections, race start and finish timestamps, selected track, and selected shadow categories.
- A broad device category (phone, tablet, computer, or other) recorded when a race starts.
- Finish times and sampled car positions needed to reproduce shadow replays.
- Tutorial start time and, when completed, completion time, including records of tutorials started but not completed.
- Completed-race count and whether a scheduled advertisement break is pending.
- Unfinished race starts, which are retained to understand races that were started but not completed.
Why it is stored
The data is used to authenticate race submissions, synchronize player progress, show personal results, calculate public rankings, reproduce shadow cars, prevent record impersonation, and operate and improve the game.
Public information
Leaderboard entries may publicly display a CrazyGames username or standalone driver name, optional avatar, finish time, replay shadow, track, rank, and achievement date. Internal player IDs are not included in public leaderboard responses. Personal race history is returned only after verification of the player's signed identity token.
Retention and deletion
Account and race data is retained while needed to operate the leaderboard and replay service, or until a valid deletion request is processed.
A nightly cleanup removes replay positions that are no longer needed for shadow cars. For each track, it keeps replay positions for the world top three results, each player's personal best, and each player's latest run. Race results and finish times remain stored even when their replay positions are removed.
Deleting a player account record also removes its track selections, races (including device categories), results, replay records, and tutorial progress from the game database.
To request access to or deletion of your game data, use the developer support/contact channel attached to Radio Racer's CrazyGames listing. CrazyGames users should be signed into the relevant account; standalone players should include their driver name so ownership verification can be arranged.
Local browser data
The browser stores ghost-car selection preferences shared across tracks. For standalone players, it also stores the chosen driver name, generated player ID, signed login token, and tutorial-completion preference. Browser site settings can remove this local data. Removing it signs the player out of that standalone identity on that browser.
