Load a base ZIP and matching design packs in Assets. CC groups images by character code and numbered layer folders. Lower numbers sit behind higher numbers; PNGs keep their original coordinates. Quick Swap sets group complete sprite expressions into one base layer and place hair, outfit, and accessory overlays separately. Optional overlays start hidden; enable them using the layer checkbox.
In Editor, choose a layer and variant. Toggle visibility, change stacking, drag or nudge layers, and adjust scale, rotation, opacity, or canvas size. Drag a transform value left or right to change it, or click it to enter an exact number. Shift-drag makes fine adjustments. Export creates a transparent PNG at canvas resolution, with optional cropping. Selection guides never appear in the result.
Your imported images, edits, previews, and PNG exports are processed entirely on your device, in your browser. CC does not upload your artwork or compositions, run analytics, or save them to cloud storage. The workspace is held in memory and clears when you reload.
Official pack downloads connect to itch.io using CC’s download service. When you use the local edition, downloads go through your own computer. These requests do not include your imported artwork or edits. Online services may receive ordinary connection information, such as your IP address. Your download connection preference, if changed, is saved only in this browser.

The supported character packs are created by LinXueLian Most are listed under CC BY-SA 4.0; HFFF001 is listed under CC BY 4.0. No vendor artwork is bundled with CC.
When sharing adaptations of these packs, credit the artist, link the source and licence, indicate your changes, and follow the licence on its source page. CC BY-SA adaptations must use the same or a compatible licence; CC BY does not add that ShareAlike requirement. CC's MIT licence covers the app code, not imported artwork. Check each pack's current terms; other imported assets may have different licences.
