Privacy Policy

Paintballz.io keeps only what the game needs to work:

• Your game account: your player name, stats (kills, deaths, wins, playtime), cash, the guns and accessories you own, friends and settings you choose.
• Signing in: if you sign in with a username and password, we store the username and a securely hashed password (never the password itself). If you sign in with CrazyGames, Google or Discord, we store the account ID they give us, not your email or password.
• Phone number (optional): if you add one in your Profile, we store it only to text you a code when you reset a forgotten password. Codes are sent by Twilio. You can remove it at any time.
• On your device: a sign-in token and your game settings are saved in your browser's local storage.
• Technical data: your IP address is used briefly to stop abuse (rate limits) and may appear in short-lived server logs.
• Chat: messages are sent to the other players in your match and are not stored.

Purchases: splats (the green paint currency) can be bought on paintballz.io. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details, only a record of what was bought and when. Splats and items bought with them are a licence to use them in the game, have no cash value and are non-refundable except where the law requires.

We don't sell your data. Ads may be shown by Google AdSense (on paintballz.io) or by CrazyGames (on crazygames.com); those services may use cookies or similar technology under their own privacy policies. Watching a video ad for a reward (Shop → Deals) is always optional; those rewards are in-game only and have no cash value. You can delete your account at any time from your Profile, which removes your account data from our servers.

Terms

• Play fair: no cheating, hacking, bots or exploiting bugs.
• Be respectful: no harassment, hate speech or offensive names. We may remove names, mute chat or ban players who break these rules.
• Cash, guns and accessories are virtual items with no real-world value and can't be exchanged for money.
• The game is provided as is; we may change or reset features and balances while we improve it.
