Drearily, your eyes open. You're on a bus. Another bump jolts you fully awake. A brochure rests precariously on your lap. [[Pick up the Brochure|brochure?]]

Hrm... Before you can fully recall, the child behind you starts kicking the back of your seat while making loud car noises. The hushed tone of a mother eventually stops him. Now you only hear muffled car sounds and the soft, infrequent clacking of knitting needles. You remember there's a granola bar in your left coat pocket. "//Thank you for riding with us on the Lady Herring! We hope to make your ride the most comfortable and relaxing journey throughout our humble county. Did you know: this is actually the first bus to be commissioned under the new metro jurisdiction? It's true! When Jaine Jameson first presented the plans in...//" It continues on like this. You place the brochure next to you on the seat. The vehicle starts to slow down as a calm voice comes on over the speakers, "Now arriving at Deubon. Now arriving at..." You poke your head out into the aisle to get a good look at the front. All you can see about the driver is that they are well-dressed, complete with driver's cap and white gloves. An electronic display above the driver slowly scrolls, "Thank you for riding the Lady Herring. Next stop: Tarmington" Through the windshield, you see a mountain is coming up. A tunnel can be seen straight ahead. "Ahem." [[Turn around|official]]

You stare out the window. It's an awfully sunny day. Farmland passes you by. Each plot of land seems to strech far into the horizon, with no buildings nearby to oversee them. You let out a sigh. [[Try to play tic-tac-toe in your head|winner]]

Another bump in the road makes you lose track of your game. \ <<print either($winner)>> was probably going to win. They did go first. The bus suddenly goes dark as it enters a tunnel. Only the dim glow of the overhead lights can be seen. Bu-bump [[Bu-bump|wake up again]]

A woman dressed similarly to the driver sits in the back, and is glaring at you. She angrily points up at the celing. You glance up and notice a sign marked, "For Your Safety". The first point is about keeping all items and limbs outside of the walkway. You sheepishly sit upright again, taking your head out of her piercing view. The bus suddenly goes dark as it enters a tunnel. Only the dim glow of the overhead lights can be seen. Bu-bump [[Bu-bump|wake up again]]
