Wow, he's actually kind of cute, you think to yourself now that he's closer to you. His hand brushes through your hair for a very short time before Alastair says, “What do you think you're doing?” as he goes and moves you away from Dreven.
“Trying to get her on my side,” he says, with a bit of a smirk. “Apparently I have to try a little harder.”
“I don't think so,” Alastair says as he moves you closer to Colette. With one look between them, Colette goes and teleports you out of there while Alastair stays behind.
Once out of the area, Colette looks at you and says, “Are you alright?”
“Huh, what?” you say at first, then eventually say, “I think so. My head feels a little foggy, though. What happened?”
“Dreven, that's what happened,” Colette said, in a way as if just saying what she said explained everything.
“Oh, ok,” you say nodding your head, and a little quietly.
“You were in no condition to face Dreven right then,” Colette said. She was silent for a short time, before saying, “You should sit down,” and then leading you over to a park bench. For the next however long, it could've been a few minutes for all you knew, you sat and recovered from what had happened and tried to understand it.
