"Status Type" is the type of status to inflict on the target(s).
"Duration" is how many turns the status will be in effect for once inflicted.
"Targets" is the number of entities that the item can be used on at one time.
"Amount" is the magnitude, positive or negative, of the status due to the item. Currently this should
just be a raw integer, and but in the future it would be nice to have something like "Remove 10% health
each turn."
