Before going nowhere from somewhere in Cuevas:

if the noun is up:

say "No se puede salir de estas [j]cuevas[x] por el techo." instead;

otherwise:

if the noun is down:

say "Esperas que no haya demasiados huecos bajo tus pies... eso esperas...." instead;

otherwise if the location is not Cueva1:

let the destination be a random adjacent room;

let the way be the best route from the location to the destination;

try going the way instead.
