Split - Interactive Story

Oh geez! Okay, stay calm! There she is, resting by the waterfall. Man she's so beautfull, why am I even here? There's no way in hell I'll be able to get her to notice me, let alone start a conversation. This was a bad idea. Maybe if I quickly scoop up my stuff and head out she'll never notice I came. I can always make up a good excuse later. [["Are you kiding me? Pfft! Are you kidding me right now? You think I have the courage to go over there? And besides, what do I even talk about? I hardly ever go out and when I do its mostly just to check out the lastest Marval movie, getting groceries and driving to work. Not exatly riveting converstation material. Oh yeah without a doubt! Captain America is a straight up thug! Did you see those fucking kicks?? Dude never skips leg day! How crazy was that chase scene in the tunnel?! Or when Bucky had his freaking arm blown off! Black Panthar kicking ass! I honetly can't wait for BP's movie! Oh! Please tell me you've seen the new Thor trailer? How fresh and crazy does that look? Don't forget Donald Glover & Robey Jr! Tom Holland did pretty alright in his cameo in Civil War so I'm pretty keen on seeing how well he performs! I'll always consider Toby the superior Spider-man though. Dude was born to be Peter Parker! Garfield not so much... maybe he was a good Spider-man but he defiently did not embody Peter like Toby did. Sorry, but I kind of just lost steam. How do you put cascade in a sentence and not sound like a tawt at the same time? I wrote a better story based on the words again if you'd like to take a look at that? I'm not goning to lie, it's pretty amazing. So good that it would shatter all expectations and expose you to such perfection, that all former forms of enjoyment will leave you so hollow that you'll yearn for even a fraction of enjoyment this new story will bring you! Thats it. :) Just a short game intended to give someone a giggle. Made for a Game Jam SPLIT: I tired to get the story to split into random tangents and have it so that each page would detach from the previous one. Cascade: I wanted it so that as you go through each page you would be taken though this "cascade" of random tangents from the narrator. Sunset: Uh.. This was made mostly at night? Well, I was going to end it with the narrator having argued and second guessed himself for so long that the girl eventually left without the narrator ever realising. But in the end they realise that learning to trust and love themelves is more important... or something. [["Eh, well at least I got my closure."->End]] [["Oh, uhh, okay then.
