The speaker activates, a woman's voice slowly and deliberately says, "We know who you are, and we know where you are going. We are watching your every move, every turn. As we speak, you are travelling south on Quebec Street approaching National."

Trent suddenly gushes an apology. "I'm sorry Atro, I'm sooo sorry! I had to tell them everything!" </div><div class="content">\

"Elevator's out of order," she says dryly, as she takes the stairs two at a time. You follow and keep pace. At the fourth floor you're out of breath, but you're still right behind her.
"Impressive. With a backpack on no less." she says. "C'mon, let's meet a few people."
[[Enter suite|fourthfloorC]]</div><div class="content">As you enter the hall, you're surprised by what you see:
The wide open space looks like a cross between a campaign headquarters, a gym, and a dormitory. Two people are sparring in one corner while a third watches. They stop, look, and nod at Arachne, who nods back. There are four workstations, each with a person interacting on the screens while talking into earpieces. Further along, there's a dining area of sorts next to a kitchen that looks pieced together from industrial grade appliances. Walls have been knocked out and improvised partitions added in.
<em>[[What is this place?]]</em> you wonder to yourself.</div><<audio deepurban fadeout>>\
<div class="content">A young man with a chef's knife in one hand and a cabbage in the other appears from behind a partition.
"Arachne, what have you caught for dinner?" he asks.

Silas jams the knife into the cabbage and extends his hand. "Welcome. I hope you like vegetarian cabbage rolls".

You think frantically for a minute, then answer, "It's Atro. They must have done something to override the car. Atro would have that kind of access. We need to move fast."
"Stop the other two cars and get to the crashed one. Our spotter isn't responding anymore."
You execute a shutdown on the other two vehicles, then you and Bhuvana pack your equipment and run toward [[the crash|emptycarcrashC]].</div><div class="content">As you both hurry toward the car, Arachne tells you to search it quickly, then go South to the other two vehicles.
As you approach, you draw your taser. The car’s airbags have been deployed. There is no one in sight, and you wonder if Atro knew something was up. Where could they have gone? Bhuvana quickly searches the car. It's empty. She deactivates its distress signal, and you both head toward the [[Science and Technology Centre|scitechC]].</div><div class="content">You find Arachne and many others gathered at the North side of the building's parking lot. <<linkreplace "Arachne doesn't answer.">>Arachne doesn't answer. Instead, she asks if anyone has spotted Atro yet. There is no new information.

<div class="content">Several minutes pass, and everyone except for Arachne is becoming visibly agitated. You look at Trent and wonder if he was tortured. Everyone scatters as you hear a voice shout, "Get in!" You draw your taser, but it's too late: Trent, free of his captors, gets into the truck as it takes off over the sidewalk and onto the street before speeding away.
You look around wildly to see the others doing the same. The migrants to the South have taken off.
Arachne doesn't miss a beat. "[[Fall back. Now|timeforplanbC]]."</div><div class="content">You and Bhuvana discuss what must have happened over a cup of tea. Arachne is talking quietly on the phone with someone in the next room. You decide the only explanation is that the driver realized what was happening and overrode the system to make the car crash.
Arachne comes in. The look on her face is hard to interpret: smug? Irritated?
“Looks like it’s time for [[plan B|ECUstashC]].” she says.</div><div class="content">Bhuvana looks at her. “They’re gone. We can’t track them anymore. The phone’s location is inactive That whole thing must’ve been a decoy. LaFlamme was one step ahead of us.”

“What now?” you ask. “Rob them at gunpoint?”
“Too messy. I quite liked the drugstore diversion. I’m thinking we’ll do a bigger version of that.”
This makes you uneasy.
[[Ask Arachne where she's getting her information|arachnesourceC]]
[[Tell her your opinion|telloffarachneC]]</div><div class="content">"Where is this information coming from?" you ask.
"Can't tell you that," Arachne answers. "You gotta trust me on this one."

"You're right. Trust is hard. I won't ask this of you, Cloe. Sit this one out. We'll get you on your way tomorrow after we sort this out. Bhu, join me in the next room?"
Stunned by this response, you [[stand up|backpedalC]].</div><div class="content">"Are you kidding? They got away and we got left with nothing. How do we know Atro hasn't gone to the police or the higher-ups about this already? It's over!"

"It's exactly the kind of thing that keeps Kymera going. You can be part of it, or you can leave. Just don't waste our time trying to make up your mind."
"I'm staying," you answer.
"Good girl", Arachne says with a grin. Here's [[what we're going to do|circuitbreakingC]].</div><<audio deepurban fadeout>>\

“We only need a minute. Long enough to blow a few ECUs.”
You remember how Jason used to tinker with ECUs. Hadn’t he said the more connections the [[less stability|instabilityC]]?</div><div class="content">“I’m not killing anyone,” you say.
