A game by Chris 'Turd Boomerang' Armstrong

Music by Devin Nelson

After many years of space travel, your weary band of colonists has arrived on the pumpkin planet. Nearly identical to Earth, this long-sought-after heavenly body will be the perfect place for the human race to begin anew. Your task is to gather enough food to sustain your colony until the rest of your species arrives with additional gear and resources, in five years time.

Take heed: although your terraforming technology is powerful and flexible, it is not easy to reverse the process. Anything you build on the planet's surface will be permanent.

Good luck, and may the stars guide you!

The bounty of the pumpkin planet has attracted colonists from all corners of the galaxy. During the winter, you receive messengers from 3 surrounding settlements.

The froglings have an excess of land. They are willing to give you 4 additional fields, if you can provide them with 90 food at the end of the upcoming harvest season.

The squidlings are constructing weapons of war. Will you pay them x food as tribute at the end of the upcoming harvest season?

The ducklings are perfecting a new carbon-reduction technology. They are willing to reduce your carbon by 20 in exchange for 50 wood at the end of the upcoming harvest. This will lengthen the season by 4 days.

The squidlings have opted to produce weapons instead of food. For your refusal to pay their tribute, they have declared war upon your colony!

You have x military strength. The squidlings have y military strength. You can allocate forces to defend your districts, and attack enemy districts.
