Butler's Testimony:
From 3:00p.m. to 5:00p.m. I was dusting the upstairs by the master's bedroom no one could have gotten in without me seeing them. unless they went in by the window. The Cook was came by to give the master his tea. She was in and out. I doubt she poisened tea seeings as how the master was stabbed.Alright detective, who do you think is the murderer?

Cooks testimony:
at 3:45 I served the master his tea, I went in and he was just fine. I saw the gaurdner out the window trimming the ivy and I waved to him, he waved back. I left the room at 3:50 and ran into the buttler which was frightening because I didn't notice him in the hallway when I went in. then the rest of the day I made dinner and desserts for everyone.[[suspects]]
The Daughter's testimony:
about 2:00 I was out in the yard when I saw the butler walking from the tool shed to the estate. he's a pretty nice guy even though he always looks like he has something to hide. then after I was walking around the Gaurdner gave me a wave, he was just taking down the ladder from the ivy wall. The Gaurdener's testimony:
in the mornin' I was up trimin' hedges when I noticed that the ivy was getting a bit overgrown, the stuff by the master's winda'. so I got the laddr' and went a trimmin'.
