Initially. you panic and try to dig yourself out, when you remember that doing so would lead to ''certain death.'' So, you relax and try with all your might to take another step. But, by now, you are waist deep and sinking fast. You still have quite a ways to go when you begin to feel yourself being pulled deeper-and-deeper..... ... Don't you *just* hate sand? You drop your sword and shield and throw yourself into the middle of the first pile of gold. You remove your helmet and scoop up as much gold as it will hold. You make your way back outside holding your bounty in both hands and hastily make your way back to your horse, who greets you with surprise and excitement when he sees what you've brought back with you. ... It moves slowly, yet surely, leaving you nowhere else to stand or jump to. It's just a matter of time before you run out of floor. ... You were left without a leg to stand on.
