This comic use a very recent technology (WebAssembly and WebGL2), and works only in a recent and up to date browser like Chrome or Firefox. At 2017/11/27, it's faster for me in Firefox. If you get a "WebGL 2 not available" error, you should probably update your graphics drivers... If it still don't work, I'm sorry your graphic card is probably too old.
