The people are well-educated, with a love for art, music, and literature. The people are divided into two classes: the elites and the commoners. The elites live in the higher section of the town and enjoy a life of luxury and peace. On the other hand, the commoners are the backbone of the kingdom. They work tirelessly to maintain the kingdom's infrastructure, while others succumb to theft and robbery to get by in their lives. The people of Celestia are predominantly human, but there are also other races present, such as elves, dwarves, merfolks, and many others. Despite this, there are many creatures that live in the forests and mountains surrounding the town. Most of them are peaceful and keep to themselves, but there are a few that are known to be violent and dangerous to people. As a result, the ancient order of warriors is tasked with hunting and killing those who pose a threat to Celestia or any innocent bystanders. The violent creatures are a constant threat, and it's up to the ancient order of warriors to protect the people of Celestia from harm. You turn you head to see a shadowy figure standing before you, they are shrouded in darkness. Their eyes red burning with a fiery intensity, and their voice husky and demonic. You open your mouth to speak, but because of a century without every needing to speak, your voice comes out hoarse, broken, making you only foolishly gasp. The figure snickers hovering closer to you. "Brilliant!" they exclaim in happiness. The figure reaches out a hand toward the chains that bind you, and you watch in amazement as their fingers start to glow with a bright red light. The chains begin to shake and rattle, and you can feel them starting to weaken. As the figure concentrates, the chains start to crack and crumble under the weight of their power. You watch as the chains fall away from your body, and you fall to the ground with a thud. As you try to get up, you realize that your body has become weak and frail. You have not moved in years. You struggle to move and try to get up. You look up at the figure, who is now standing over you, its eyes glowing with an intense light. "Come," they say, offering you a hand. "Let us escape this hellish place." You take their hand, and a surge of energy rushes through you. You feel alive for the first time in years. This figure, who you trusted, has given you a chance to start anew, to escape this darkness that consumed you for so long. "You might need to close your eyes for a second," the figure says, still holding your hand, although now closer to you. You still can't discern their features; they are still surrounded by shadows. You raise an eyebrow, suspicious but close your eyes anyway. A sudden rush of air surrounds you. One second you are mid-air, the next second you feel grass on your feet. You quickly open your eyes. You shield your eyes from the brightness of the sun, feeling its warmth on your skin. Your body starts to shake; you are free. You are alive and free. Your body couldn't handle the sight around you, and you fall onto the grassy ground. *[[You screamed, letting everything out.|pending]] *[[You cried and cried, until there were no more tears.|pending]] *[[You are stunned, looking at the sight around you, pinching you arm to see if this is a dream.|pending]] *[[You laugh hysterically, you are out! The figure watched everything without making a sound. When you finally calmed down, you patiently got up. As you looked back, you noticed the kingdom of Celestia miles away, your prison underneath it. As you looked back at your prison, you realized that you were leaving behind a part of your past, a part of yourself that was consumed by darkness and despair. You still felt the pain from the chains, the hunger, the thirst. "Sadly, I will be leaving you for now. However, I will always be near if you need me. I will see you soon." The figure waved happily and vanished before you could reply. You sighed, knowing that you would deal with them later. For now, you started to walk toward Celestia, walking toward the kingdom that was once your home and your disaster.
