  "description": "Teachers and parents can use this application (app) to help children practise (BrE) / practice (AmE) the irregular plurals for Starters (Pre-A1) level students.\n\nClassroom practice:\n\nThe class can be divided into 2 teams. The teams take turns trying to match the pairs. Each team can have 1 team captain or the team captain can be a different student each turn. The team captains should consult the other group members before selecting pairs. Both teams have to match all pairs in under 36 attempts. The team with the most points wins.\n\nThe words are reshuffled so the students can repeat the same category as many times as they want.\n\nIndependent practice:\n\nThe application is ideal for children to practise (BrE) / practice (AmE) the irregular plurals because they can work on their own and at their own pace.\n\nThe game is divided in three levels.\n\nLevel 1:\n\nThe children have 36 attempts to match all pairs. If they can't do it in under 36 attempts, the game ends.\n\nLevel 2:\n\nThe children have 28 attempts to match all pairs. If they can't do it in under 28 attempts, the game ends.\n\nLevel 3:\n\nThe children have 22 attempts to match all pairs.
