Cookies and Browser Storage

This template stores the visitor's consent preference as functional browser storage. It does not configure analytics or embed third-party video by default.

If you add YouTube, analytics, an embedded itch.io player or another third-party service, update both this document and site.cookies in metadata.json.

If a web game stores saves or settings in localStorage, describe what is stored, why it is necessary and what happens when the visitor clears browser data.

This example is not legal advice. Review the final policy for the jurisdictions and services relevant to your release.
