Terms of Service

Orbit Launcher by Cosmic Adventurez · Last updated 10 October 2026

These terms apply when you play Orbit Launcher (“the game”) on our website, on itch.io, as a Discord Activity or from a downloaded copy. By playing, you agree to them.

Playing the game

You're welcome to play Orbit Launcher for your own entertainment and to share links to it, screenshots and videos of your play, including on streams and social media.

Following the rules

You must follow the laws that apply to you when you play. When you play on Discord, you must also follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Please don't

copy, modify, resell or republish the game, its art or its music as your own, or host copies of it elsewhere without our permission
try to break, overload or misuse the game or the services it runs on

Ownership

The game, its code, artwork and music (including “Deep Space Stillness”) belong to Cosmic Adventurez. Some parts come from others under their own licences, such as Discord's Embedded App SDK (MIT License).

Other platforms

When you play on itch.io or Discord, their own terms apply as well: itch.io's Terms and Discord's Terms of Service. Support is always optional. Any donations or purchases go through itch.io or Buy Me a Coffee under their own terms.

Your progress

Scores, achievements and collected orbiters are saved only in your browser (see our Privacy Policy). Clearing your browser data, switching devices or browsers, or private browsing can lose them, and we can't restore them.

No warranty

We work hard to make the game fun and reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may update, change or stop offering the game at any time. To the extent the law allows, Cosmic Adventurez is not liable for any damages arising from playing or being unable to play the game.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version, and continuing to play means you accept it.

To report a bug, a problem with the game or anything else, or to ask a question, email us at cosmic.adventurez@gmail.com. We read every message and act on reports. You can also reach us through our itch.io page, mrqvist.itch.io.
