3 EXECUTION

EFFECTIVE DATE; APPLICATION OF ACT

(a) EFFECTIVE DATE-
This Act shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act.

(b) APPLICATION OF ACT-
This Act shall apply to all extant and future Augmented and/or

Virtual and/or Integrated Reality technology, renderings and
representations in the Overlaid Space.
