1 MANDATE

AT THE FIRST AUTHORIZED OVERLAY

Held at the Universal Overlaid Space on Friday, the Twenty-Fifth
day of June, Two Thousand and Fourteen. This GMLC Document
establishes condemnation [eminent domain, compulsory purchase,
compulsory acquisition, expropriation and resumption] over all
extant Geospatial and Mixed-Locative Vectors [henceforth
known as The Overlaid Space].

It is declared that this Overlaid Space can only be leased by
the Overlaid Space Colonisers to entities, countries, territories,
municipalities, governments, government subdivisions,
businesses, and/or private persons or corporations.

SECTION 1.1: SHORT TITLE

This Document may be cited as the 'The Geospatial and Mixed-Locative
Colonisation Act of 2014' or as ‘The GMLC Document’.
